Every item is shipped directly by the artist who designed or made your product meaning that your order may arrive several packages.
Everything is dispatched within 1-3 working days (not including weekends), unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Shipping is 1st Class Royal Mail, or an equivalent from another provider.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and starts from £1.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, but if you are unhappy, you can return all, or part, of your order to us and receive a full refund (minus any shipping costs) within 30 days of placing your order.

Please note: you will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to us. The item will remain your responsibility while in transit so we recommend returning any unwanted items via tracked delivery.
